The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers mail to tenant mailboxes, which are located in the mailroom on the 1st floor. Outgoing mail is also collected by USPS from an outgoing mail drop located in the mailroom. The Management Office assigns all mailboxes, administers mailbox keys, and changes mailbox locks.
Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites.
Large deliveries and freight for Town Center Medical take place in the main building entrance. The entrance to the lot is located at 16545 SW Freeway. The transfer of curbside deliveries into the building must be coordinated with the Management Office.
Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advanced reservation of the freight elevator by the tenant. This is to ensure a tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
